Delete Account

This page lets you request deletion of your Pet Walker account and the data associated with it. Pet Walker is published by CBF (bundle id com.cbf.petwalker).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest way: delete your account in the app

Open Pet Walker and go to Settings → Personal Data → Delete Account. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

You can also email us directly at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (email, Google or Apple sign-in)
• Your profile, avatar and settings
• Your pets, their profiles and photos
• Your walk history, routes and walk map images
• Your friends, invitations and social activity
• Your achievements, levels and other progress

Pets co-owned with family members are not destroyed: ownership is handed over to another family member, and only your personal data is removed.

Processing time and retention

Deletion performed in the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are verified and processed within 30 days. After deletion, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 more days before being purged. We may keep minimal records where required by law.
